My monthly retainer fee for those teams that have a need for someone on call, and an undetermined number of hours per week. This retainer fee entitles you to up to 2 hours of meetings per day, 5 days per week. And 4 hours per day of project work - up to 20 hours per week. Above 20 hours requires a contract quotation for billable hours at the hourly rate. This is the most budget contained option for early projects. Travel fees, and expenses are separate billable expenses.
